CTS Multifamily IT Solutions

CTS Multifamily IT Solutions was hired by Spectra, a student housing investment company, to provide IT services for a 120-bed new development in Big Rapids, Michigan. The project involved structured low voltage cabling, network infrastructure installation, managed internet and WiFi with dedicated user bandwidth, video surveillance deployment, and the installation of conference room technologies, AV/Theatre room design with Alexa/voice control, ambient sounds solutions, and digital signage for clubhouses and leasing offices. CTS was chosen for their extensive industry experience and focus on student housing and multifamily business model. The project was managed by a dedicated project manager from CTS who coordinated with contractors and CTS system engineers for the installation and ongoing IT management and support.

In another project, an IT consulting company hired CTS Multifamily IT Solutions for assistance in an office move and network/infrastructure setup. The project involved around 50 network drops, including punching down and terminating wire, and setting up the network and infrastructure. The owner of the IT consulting company met Travis, a representative from CTS, through a mutual IT contact and agreed to hire them for the project. Travis and two of his team members assisted in the project, successfully completing the tasks within a short timeline.
