CSW Solutions Inc. was hired by a credit rating platform to develop a website aimed at generating more traffic. The company was involved from the project's inception, helping to determine the roadmap for the website's creation, as well as the technology to be used. They collaborated with designers and integrated the website with the client's CMS and CRM. This was the third website that they developed for the client, having previously assisted in implementing Highcharts for data importation and report generation. The client praised CSW Solutions for exceeding their expectations by transforming PDF designs into a fully functional website.

The company was engaged by a hosted phone collaboration provider to take over the development of their telecom management and billing system. The system hadn't been worked on for over a year and required a complete redesign of the underlying billing algorithm. CSW Solutions was responsible for designing, developing, testing, and producing the new system. They updated the call billing algorithm, created interfaces for a variety of telecom systems, and implemented new functionality in the account management and user-facing dashboards. The client worked with a project manager, two developers, a UX/UI expert, and a QA specialist from CSW Solutions.

CSW Solutions was hired by Transship, a startup that outsources all the logistics of international shipments of perishable goods, to develop their platform. The goal was to have a semi-operable platform that they could begin using and testing. The client explained the logistics of how the shipping industry works from the ground up and throughout the development process, guided CSW Solutions through the steps of loading a 40' container in the U.S. and shipping it to a foreign country. The client interfaced with one of the principals of CSW Solutions as well as the head developer.
