CSI Media collaborated with Active Sports Group to develop a comprehensive software solution aimed at enhancing the delivery of children's sports lessons. The software, designed to be user-friendly and efficient, includes features for lesson delivery, feedback, and progression tracking for children, as well as an administration area for bookings. The software is mobile and desktop friendly, and was built using Umbraco. The project, which began in March 2020, is ongoing with the software already launched and further development for additional functionalities underway. The client expressed satisfaction with CSI Media's creativity, vision, and the professional service provided.

In another project, CSI Media took over web development and maintenance duties for an environmental compliance firm after the in-house developer left. The team manages the firm's main public website and a secure members' website, which is essential for the business as members submit data through it for government approval. In addition to bug fixes and general maintenance, CSI Media has also begun development work to enhance the website. The engagement, which started in late 2019, continues to date, with the client expressing satisfaction with the team's work.

CSI Media also partnered with Nexus Security to develop a bespoke operating platform and mobile apps for Android and iOS. The platform developed monitors the movement of the client’s security officers, recording GPS location, photographs, and various real-time data. The team also built an Android and iOS app and a custom Umbraco website from scratch. The app is now live, with the team currently working on enhancements to the platform. The client, who has been working with CSI Media since July 2018, praised the team's comprehensive development services.
