Csharptek

Csharptek was hired by an insurance company to develop a software solution to simplify storm claims for insurance adjusters. The goal was to simplify the training timeline and the experience of submitting claims for homeowners in North America. The project was managed by Bhanu, the Cloud Consultant and CEO, and Chandan, the Senior QA Lead, along with a team of software engineers. The partnership started in May 2020 and is still ongoing. The client chose Csharptek for their adaptive and responsive approach, and their motivation to work as a partner rather than just a third-party company.

ActionMap Inc. hired Csharptek to take over the development and maintenance of an ASP.NET / BootStrap / MS SQL Server SaaS application hosted on MS Azure. Bhanu Gupta, CSharpTek's CEO, was chosen as the vendor due to his clear and effective communication skills, and the economical, flexible, and effective staffing plan he proposed. The initial CSharpTek team consisted of a senior programmer/analyst and a senior Q/A analyst. The project involved learning the software and procedures, followed by the development and deployment of new features and maintenance changes. The team was later reduced as development needs lessened.

IpCapital Group, an Intellectual Property company, hired Csharptek to develop custom software solutions ranging from databases that handle patent data to smartphone apps that allow for charitable donations. Csharptek was chosen for their quick and detailed responses to the RFP, and their competitive pricing. The first project involved creating a tool for a patent reviewer to parse patent data from the USPTO, categorize patents, and rank them across various criteria. The project was delivered across multiple "check-ins" with the programming team, and involved the use of MS Azure and .NET technologies. The team consisted of a senior programmer, a QA, and a project manager.
