Highlights from Recent Projects
Crystalloids provided CRM and Big Data consulting for a national sports association. The association had a significant amount of customer data from its 1.2 million members, 3,000 amateur soccer clubs, and numerous volunteers, coaches, and administrators. Crystalloids was tasked with centralizing this data and optimizing campaign management for better analysis. They also aimed to create a data-driven ecosystem. The collaboration with Crystalloids has been ongoing since 2014, and they have proven to be a reliable partner for the sports association.
In another project, Crystalloids worked with a multinational office supply retailer to improve their marketing automation. The retailer wanted to create a single customer view from a retail line perspective and enhance their analytical and campaign management capabilities. Crystalloids was chosen for their ability to understand the business model, objectives, and customer needs of the retailer. The project, which was worth over 1.5 million Euros and involved several Crystalloids consultants, was completed successfully in six months.
Crystalloids also provided database and analytics services to one of the biggest retailers in the Netherlands. The retailer needed support with data analytics and complex calculations for their VIP customers as part of their loyalty program. Crystalloids helped pull and tabulate data, perform calculations, and provide a layer of quality assurance. The engagement, which cost between €100,000 to €150,000 annually, has been ongoing since the summer of 2013. Crystalloids has become the preferred supplier for data analytics services for the retailer.
