Crunch

Crunch was hired by a German marketing firm to assist in a large digital transformation project. The firm needed several digital solutions, and Crunch was recommended by a design company that had previously worked with them. Crunch, using a Java development framework, built a platform that allows the client to create and distribute promotional campaigns. The software allows users to select items for advertisement, set pricing, select campaign destinations, and automate the campaign creation and price management process. A team of nine, including a project manager, tech lead, front-end and back-end developers, a Scrum Master, and quality assurance specialists, worked on the project.

A Dublin-based software solutions and management consulting company hired Crunch for application management and support. The company, a cloud-based service provider, needed 24/7 maintenance without faults or breaches. Crunch was selected based on their Clutch reviews and their extensive experience in infrastructure maintenance. After a successful trial period, Crunch was given responsibility for all the company's cloud servers. The maintenance is ongoing, with Crunch's team constantly checking for updates and suggesting improvements. The team consisted of a three-person DevOps team, a senior system administrator, and a helpdesk team.

Crunch provided IT staff augmentation services for a booking startup that needed to add knowledgeable talent to their team. The startup was creating web and mobile platforms for booking meeting spaces, and Crunch was selected for their technical ability, project experience, and pricing. Crunch's developers worked with the startup's in-house team on the web and mobile apps, as well as B2B connections and system integrations with third parties. The startup initially had only junior developers, so Crunch provided two senior JavaScript developers to help them grow. Two AQAs were later added to the team.
