The software was designed to manage customer records and was specifically adapted for an electricity product. Despite the complex invoicing system due to extensive gas selling rules in Poland, CROSS was able to deliver the product effectively. Notably, they constantly adapted the software to legal changes and new business needs as the company grew. The project, which began in March 2012 and ended in March 2013, cost $300,000. While the technology used was not the latest, CROSS plans to use top-tier technology for future projects.
In another project, CROSS sp. z.o.o. was hired by a leading utility company in Poland to develop a custom system. The system, which was integrated with external and internal tools, was designed to streamline business operations such as product sales, reports, consumption recording, invoice generation, and debt collection. The team comprised over 10 engineers and five analysts, with an additional 30–40 people for testing new functionalities. The collaboration, which started in 2007 and is still ongoing, cost over $1 billion. The client's colleagues had previously worked with CROSS on smaller projects and were satisfied with their performance.
