The project involved designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns, creating various email lists, identifying target audiences, and growing the email list. CRM360 Agency also upgraded the email templates with graphics and advanced features, set up and managed email flows based on customer journey specifications, and segmented lists based on past email engagement and website interactions. They analyzed campaign performance, suggested improvements, and reported on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts. Additionally, they developed documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and successful promotions through email. The team of 2-5 employees from CRM360 Agency was chosen due to their high ratings, good value for cost, and aligned company values. The project was a referral.
