The company aimed to have a Salesforce implementation that fits its sales process, supports simple user interactions, and aids in organizational transparency and reporting. CRM Command conducted iterative project scoping, user interviews, and training. They were chosen among six different Salesforce implementation companies due to their impressive sales process knowledge. The company has since relied on CRM Command for ongoing maintenance and additional projects.

CRM Command worked with DecisionQuest, a jury research trial consulting company, to improve their old and disorganized Salesforce Database. The project involved analyzing the Salesforce database and functionality, making necessary programmatic and structural changes, and implementing an effective training program for the staff. CRM Command was recommended by a consultant and based on their excellent work, they have been retained on a monthly basis since April 2017.

Zysense, a water analytical instruments business, hired CRM Command for data migration for their CRM platform.
