Highlights from Recent Projects
Cretos successfully completed a website redesign for Nation.africa, a news website specializing in the African region. The previous site was outdated and required numerous changes. Cretos was selected through a Facebook search and was quick to respond. They began by gathering information about the company and target audience, conducted research, and provided wireframes with detailed improvement plans. The final high-fidelity designs were met with approval. Communication was primarily through a project manager, with occasional calls with various designers for clarification.
The self-improvement app, Zeno, hired Cretos to create a platform for users starting their personal development journey. After compiling and assessing a list of potential vendors, Cretos was chosen based on technical and business details. They developed an MVP for Zeno's initial customer segment, which included sections for exercise, meditation, fasting, and sleep tracking. Four additional sections were added in later releases. The product owner communicated primarily with a project manager from Cretos.
Cretos was hired by a luxury vacation rental company to improve the UX/UI of their website. The previous design was outdated and difficult for users to navigate, discouraging potential customers. Cretos was recommended by a colleague who had previously worked with them. They improved customer engagement through UI/UX enhancements, increased the customer lifetime value (LTV), significantly boosted customer retention rates, and attracted new high-end clients in the luxury segment. The product owner communicated with project manager, Helen, and occasionally had calls with 2-3 designers from Cretos.
