Creature was hired by the Kelsian Group's Public Transport division, Transit Systems, to handle various tasks, including website design and management. They also worked on the design of the company's capabilities statement, tender collateral, and customer-facing marketing collateral. Creature was responsible for the creation of the company's logo and the development of its brand, including the creation of a style guide for a corporate rebrand. They also consulted on digital marketing and created digital assets. Furthermore, they developed the brand and designed an app for Driver Responsive Technology. The National Marketing Manager of the Kelsian Group praised Creature for their exceptional design work and quick turnaround times. The project was primarily handled by Simon, the founder of Creature, with occasional assistance from James, a designer and developer, and Blythe, a creative designer.

Bridj Technology, a company dedicated to revolutionizing shared transportation through its real-time demand and fleet management SaaS solution, engaged Creature for various design-related tasks. These tasks encompassed branding, marketing, and software design. Creature's strategic design direction was key in selecting them as the design partner. They worked on branding design and strategy, including two brand refreshes for different stages of the business. They created digital assets for marketing purposes, including a website, capability statements, case studies, and special campaigns. They also worked on UI and UX for the Passenger App, Driver App, and Operations Portal. The founder and CEO of Bridj Technology worked predominantly with the CEO/Founder and two regular designers from Creature.
