Creatuity was hired by a lifestyle and luxury brand to manage their Magento e-commerce website which was experiencing issues. The company decided to move from Magento 1 to Magento 2 Commerce Cloud and Creatuity was tasked with the redesign and re-platforming of the website. The in-house team created the new look and feel of the site, but Creatuity implemented the design and executed the redesign and re-platforming. The new site was launched in February and since then, Creatuity has been retained to manage new feature additions, bug fixes, and daily maintenance of the platform. The project began in August 2018 and ended in April 2019, but the company continues to work with Creatuity on a month-to-month basis. The project cost between $250,000–$500,000.

A forensic equipment company hired Creatuity to upgrade their commerce website. The goal was to create a more user-friendly and visually appealing website. Creatuity took the company's dream designs and developed them into a functioning website. They provided details and solutions to improve performance and look throughout the process. The team was composed of about four individuals including a client manager, developer, and accounting individuals who helped with billing.

Creatuity was hired by a pressure washer manufacturer to expand their online presence. They were tasked to design and build the company's Magento site. Their role was purely web development which included the design and build of the website, ongoing maintenance, basic operations work, and the development of new features for the site. The team was composed of a project manager, a senior project manager, and developers. The company spends between $50,000–$100,000 a year for Creatuity's services. The partnership started in 2012 and is still ongoing.
