CreativeIT was contracted by an IT services company for custom software development. The project was centered around a B2B e-commerce extended warranty provider, integrating placements on retailer sites and sharing warranty revenue with retailers. A D2C browser extension was also launched. Over two years, CreativeIT tested numerous hypotheses, developed complex features, modernized the UI of the customer platform, and developed admin features for internal customer experience teams.
