Application of AI and automation was meant to help analyze candidate qualifications, identify strengths and gaps, and provide more consistent information for speedy, informed decisions. The firm recognized a need to integrate with their current system to ensure efficiency as they grew, instilling a balance of manual judgment and automation.

The firm discovered Creative Impact Solutions through an online search and referrals, picking them for their high ratings, good culture fit, and cost-effective solutions. Their AI and automation expertise were also highly favored. The project involved a dedicated combination of 2-5 Creative Impact Solutions team members. They developed the web-based recruitment platform, featuring an AI-assisted resume and job description analysis, a centralized interface for qualifications review, and additional features to pinpoint relevant experience and potential gaps.

Results highlighted the streamlined candidate evaluation process and significant reduction of manual work. The platform offered a more organized and consistent approach in reviewing candidates and minimized repetitive work. This project highlighted Creative Impact Solution’s expertise in UX/UI design, application development, AI integration, and testing phase execution, ultimately leading to improvements based on the recruiting team's feedback.
