Creative Cooperative provided staff augmentation for Red Jumpers, an IT services company. Red Jumpers required an experienced IOC developer for a new project. They provided an experienced developer who met all deadlines and successfully completed the project, as per the expectations set by Red Jumpers.

In a separate project, Creative Cooperative was hired by Somplo Ltd., an Israeli-based startup, to open a marketing and R&D office in Odesa, Ukraine. The services offered by Creative Cooperative included finding an office, equipment sourcing, office design, HR services, and staff recruitment. Somplo Ltd. was satisfied with Creative Cooperative's professionalism and friendly communication, and appreciated the team's successful recruitment and office setup process.

Creative Cooperative also worked with a SaaS product company offering SEO tools, providing human resources services. The company needed help in finding good engineers. Creative Cooperative was recommended and they successfully met the company's needs by interviewing the company about their needs and providing matching candidates. The company worked directly with one of the co-founders of Creative Cooperative, who facilitated the recruitment process.
