The decision to engage the services of Craters & Freighters was prompted by the inability of the company to pick up the handrails themselves due to pandemic-related border restrictions. Craters & Freighters managed the entire shipping process, including arranging for a truck to pick up the handrails and handling all necessary paperwork for border crossing. The project, which cost between $1,000 and $1,800, was executed between December 2020 and January 2021 by a team of two from Craters & Freighters. The owner of the construction company had a pre-existing relationship with Russ, the owner of Craters & Freighters, which influenced the decision to hire them for this project.
