Covent Informatics

Covent Informatics developed a custom software for Shanmugha Fibres, an organics company. The project involved creating a website, an account system, an inventory system, and software for godowns. This transition from paper-based operations to a digital system made work easier for the company, reducing the need for manual bill writing and allowing for easy access to stock information. The software was installed in stages over a six-month period. Subhu, a representative from Covent, was instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the software and provided regular check-ins and support.

For Saravana Fibres Private Limited, a Coconut Coir Manufacturing Industry, Covent Informatics developed an Inventory Management System, Sales and Purchase System, and a Warehouse Management System. The aim was to reduce paperwork, improve productivity, and create a system that could operate smoothly both on native PC and in the cloud. The vendor was selected based on their reputation and previous successful projects in the same industry. The project was completed in eight months, with a dedicated team of developers, testers, and customer care personnel assigned to it. The system is currently being used for inventory management, customer information, purchases and sales data, vendor data, raw material management, vehicle repair, and more.

Covent Informatics also worked with Saravana Fibres Private Limited, a coconut coir manufacturer, to streamline their raw material movement, vehicle tracking, client and vendor management, and supply chain. The aim was to reduce manual entries and keep track of all supply, inventory, raw material, vehicle movement, electrical supplies, machinery, and accounting at a single click. Covent Informatics developed an Inventory Management System and a Warehouse Management System for the company. The systems were developed in two phases, with the second phase initiated after the successful implementation of multiple remote warehouses. The project was completed by a dedicated five-member team from Covent Informatics, with monthly updates provided on the project's progress and outcomes.
