Coulson Technologies

Coulson Technologies provided IT support and service desk solutions for Bell Socialization Services, a nonprofit organization offering mental health, residential and intellectual disability services. Displeased with their previous IT service provider, the nonprofit sought a more efficient and courteous third-party IT service. Coulson Technologies has overseen data security, implemented control protocols, and offered a help desk for staff to solve their technical problems. They have invested over $225,000 in the partnership which began in September 2020 and is ongoing. The client primarily works with Chris, the founder, Andrew, a Senior Technical Consultant, and Steve, the Sales Manager.

The company also offered managed IT services to a Ready-Mix concrete company with four locations in South Central Pennsylvania. Aside from network monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud storage, and remote computing, Coulson Technologies designed and implemented an SMS notification system for the company's cement storage silos. The company chose Coulson Technologies based on the level of service and expertise provided by Chris Coulson, the owner, in previous engagements. The project involved integrating Raspberry-Pi circuits, Amazon's AWS service and IO Watch.

Coulson Technologies also managed IT services for a local orchard and farmers market in Loganville, PA. After the sudden death of their previous owner, who was also an IT professional, the company relied on Coulson Technologies to manage their entire IT infrastructure. The service package included managing office PCs, POS systems, servers, switches, and upgrades. Two full tech support associates from Coulson Technologies worked on this project. The client was pleased with the engaging, hands-on support provided by Coulson Technologies.
