Cosumus

Cosumus was hired by Inetum, a global IT services provider, for a project based in Paris. The project revolved around creating a design based on the Azure public cloud, a task that Cosumus was entrusted with due to their successful past engagements with Inetum. The project was undertaken using a cloud adoption framework, with Cosumus consultants actively engaging with customers to understand their requirements and business objectives. Post this initial step, further discussions were held about business outcomes, budgets, security risks, and expected improvements post the digital migration. Cosumus then conducted workshops to discuss design decisions, leading to the creation of a high-level design. The project team from Cosumus included a Principal Technical Architect and a Project Manager. The results were as expected, reinforcing the positive experiences Inetum had with Cosumus in previous projects.
