Coretec Inc.

Coretec Inc. was hired by JTD Consulting, an engineering services company, to develop the frontend of a website for a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for a trucking client. Coretec quickly created wireframes, which were approved by the client, and then proceeded to develop a functional frontend, including a reconfigurable dashboard that displayed tire pressure and brake information from the truck's sensors. They also built frameworks to translate the web interface to native Android and iOS apps. The project cost $21,000 CAD and was completed in the initial phase from May to June 2018. The client was satisfied with Coretec's work and plans to re-engage them for further development.

An employment futures exchange company sought the help of Coretec Inc. to build a minimum viable product (MVP) for their platform. The company founders, having business-oriented backgrounds, needed technical expertise to expedite the development process. Coretec built a rough prototype of the database with double-sided functionality for both student and employer profiles. The entire database was made searchable and a job posting function was added. The platform was set up and hosted through Amazon Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2). The project cost the company $25,000 CAD and was completed from April 2013 to June 2018. The client appreciated Coretec's focus on functionality and is ready to start the next round of development with them.

Slotegraaf Construction Inc., a general contractor, engaged Coretec Inc. to upgrade the backend of their in-house software program and improve the user experience. Coretec upgraded the system to MySQL 5.7, PHP 7.2, and Laravel, made necessary changes to the code, and provided better-looking designs for improved end UX. They also developed a portion of the software for tracking tools. The project lasted for 7-8 months from January to August 2018. The client was pleased with Coretec's work and is considering them for future projects.
