Coral Edge was contracted by a telecom service company to provide IT consulting, system integration, and migration assistance. The company had been working with Coral Edge since 2008 and spent approximately $200,000 on their services. The most recent project involved addressing integration challenges and migrating an AWS center. Coral Edge provided technical leadership and ownership, and previously, they had been brought in for Zendesk development. The project was completed with a team of 3-4 people from Coral Edge, led by their CTO/Technical Product Manager, Ben.

In another engagement, a multi-state law firm hired Coral Edge to integrate an electronic billing system. The firm was previously using paper bills which took 6-8 weeks to process and send out. Coral Edge successfully integrated the electronic billing system, significantly reducing the time it took to process the bills. The firm invested about $100,000 in this ongoing project. The Coral Edge team was led by their founders, Kirsti and Ben.

Coral Edge also worked with Permits.com, a permit management platform, to develop a feature set for a Fortune 40 pilot. The project involved creating a data hydration pool, a tool that aggregates large pools of contractor data, analyzes it, and returns insights. This tool can potentially save millions in yearly costs to big corporations that use subcontractors. The project, which began in June 2018, has cost between $100,000-$200,000. The CEO of Permits.com worked directly with three people from Coral Edge: the CTO, the project manager, and the implementer.
