The company developed a clear scope of work, created a development ecosystem, and assigned a dedicated team to the project. They delivered a working prototype within six months and launched the pilot program within less than a year. The team was pleased with their work, and they have retained Copper Mobile for post-launch support and further development. The project utilized a variety of technologies including Python, Node.js, GitHub, MySQL, Angular 9, HTML, and CSS.

In another project, Copper Mobile partnered with a product management software company to develop their minimum viable product (MVP). The company provided Copper Mobile with the documentation of their vision and the team worked on daily tasks, using Bubble for prototyping. They were responsible for all design work and the development of the app, including the addition of new features. The project, which started in August 2022, is expected to be completed by December 2023.

Copper Mobile also worked with Pilot Freight, a transportation and logistics company, to build mobile and progressive web apps from scratch. They were chosen as the leading contender through an RFP process and bidding. The scope of work included the delivery of Driver, Scanner, and Compass dispatcher apps, design documentation, JIRA storyboard for regular cadence, QA services, and post-production support. A variety of IT resources including developers, designers, and QA resources collaborated on the project.
