Convergence

Convergence undertook a custom software development project for a tech company. Their goal was to create a secure and user-friendly end-to-end build, which included a user dashboard and the highest level of data integrity. The project was delivered by a team led by the CEO and a project manager. The team was selected based on a referral from a previous Convergence client. The client expressed satisfaction with the accessibility and availability of the lead team members and appreciated their continued support post-project.

Convergence was selected by the Government of British Columbia to design a reference data service capable of sharing codes across the enterprise. The company was chosen based on the high qualifications of their project submission. The project was led by a project manager and two service designers. They initiated the project by understanding the current system and the high-level requirements, conducting stakeholder interviews, and creating an initial design. The design was then modified through a series of meetings and feedback rounds. The client was satisfied with the team's work.

The REACH BC platform of the Michael Smith Health Research BC engaged Convergence to update and migrate their web platform to cloud hosting. Convergence not only conducted the migration but also redesigned and updated several features of the web app. The project was led by several team members, including the CEO, a project manager, a system architect, and a development team. The project started in May 2022 and concluded in March 2023, with Convergence continuing to provide maintenance services. The client was satisfied with their work and appreciated their competitive rates.
