Control.alt.coop eG developed a mobile app for a healthcare company. The app, which connects to the backend and a web portal, takes data from the backend and displays it to the user. It also features login and registration functionalities and a Google Maps application for location searches. The team at control.alt.coop eG was able to successfully change the login functionality and connect the app to a new backend without much documentation. The project, which began in September 2018, is ongoing and has so far seen an investment of 500,000 euros ($551,000 USD).
For Mimi Hearing Technologies, control.alt.coop eG was hired to rewrite the backend code of their tech to make it more robust and scalable. The team rewrote the backend for the company's web, mobile, and algorithm products, as well as an API that accesses their databases and the translation layer between the database and frontend. This project started at the end of 2018 and took six months to complete. Due to the successful results, control.alt.coop eG has been retained for new projects.
Control.alt.coop eG was tasked with developing an app for the Innovation Center for Mobility and Societal Change that could automatically detect a user’s means of transportation. The team handled architecture, development, and updates of the Android app, which was developed using Java.
