Contee - Out of Business

Contee was contracted by a SEO agency, Strategiczni, to facilitate the creation of an internal IT team. The project involved a systematic recruitment process for IT roles such as programmers, web developers, and web administrators. Contee's role was to provide the necessary technological knowledge to evaluate potential candidates. The agency's needs and future challenges were analyzed, and based on this analysis, a profile for the desired team member was created. Contee managed the technical interviews and presented the candidates to the agency, ensuring that all necessary information was provided in advance.

For Roto-Tools, a machinery manufacturing company, Contee was tasked with creating a custom software. The project began with Roto-Tools providing basic specifications and explaining their processes to Contee. The team at Contee then designed a solution, described technical specifications, and wrote the software to manage the machinery and automate the manufacturing process. The project, which ran from February to July 2021, also included testing efforts after the platform was created. Roto-Tools invested $50,000 in this project and worked with a team of five from Contee, including a project manager.

Advantage Media, a programmatic advertising company, hired Contee to build and maintain an internal team after facing issues with a previous provider. Contee helped recruit three internal developers and one project manager, and also conducted workshops to validate the company’s needs. They managed the entire process, including the transfer of documentation from previous providers. The team from Contee, which included 2-3 people for IT and a project manager, also organized and managed payable hours. The engagement with Advantage Media began in January 2021 and is ongoing, with a total investment of $25,000 so far.
