Connect33 successfully completed a comprehensive market research project for Atrium, a software consulting firm focused on AI in the Salesforce and Snowflake consulting markets. The company was considering establishing operations in Latin America and hired Connect33 to assess various countries, considering factors such as developer capacity, retention rates, business costs, and ease of business establishment. The Connect33 team, which consisted of three members including co-founder Juan Pablo, provided in-depth analysis and recommendations on where and how to set up operations. The project spanned from November 2021 to February 2022, and Atrium intends to maintain an advisory relationship with Connect33.

In another project, Connect33 provided IT consulting services to a software engineering company that helps firms build, grow, and manage their software engineering teams in Latin America. The company sought to optimize its service offerings, cost structures, internal operations, and go-to-market strategies. Connect33 was selected organically through mutual acquaintances, and the project involved a series of four sessions, with the two founders of Connect33 working on the project. Each session focused on different aspects of the company's operations, leading to insightful conclusions and improvements.
