Conifer conducted research to vet concepts within specific domains, helping the company to narrow in on user needs and areas of focus. This comprehensive project lasted several months and involved multiple explorations, prototypes and deliverables. Each step of the project was accompanied by a report detailing user insights and recommendations for next steps. Conifer also produced videos and other content to share the company's experiences with a wider audience. The collaboration began in mid-2018 and concluded in July 2019. The team from Conifer consisted of three researchers, an A/V lead, and several other members working behind the scenes.
