The project involved opening bank accounts and processing UAE residence visas for shareholders and employees. The client sought professional advice on the selection of a corporate structure, choice of free zone for company registration, and processing paperwork and legal formalities. Confidant Global, having previously collaborated with the client on the incorporation of an offshore company, successfully registered the companies in the DMCC free zone in Dubai and Fujerah creative city free zone.

In another project, Confidant Global was hired by a private investor to assist with the registration of a holding company and design a corporate structure for wealth management. The client sought to understand their options and complete the company registration within a specific timeline. Confidant Global was recommended by a trusted friend of the client. The project involved the incorporation of several companies in the UAE and Malta, assisting with bank accounts, compliance, visas, and registered address. The project was successfully completed with the expertise of three Confidant Global associates.

Confidant Global was also contracted by a chain of restaurants and nightclubs in Dubai to assist with paperwork and registration for two new branches in different jurisdictions. The company provided advice on the best ways to register the new locations, reviewed the paperwork, and provided support through leasing agreements.
