Conexo was enlisted by Vistoo, a Canadian real estate platform specialising in new construction homes, condos, and rental properties, for international recruitment. Vistoo chose Conexo due to the high value they offered for their cost. With the help of one Conexo employee, they set out to fill three offshore positions: two Sales Development Representatives and one Marketing Specialist.

The scope of Conexo's work encompassed the whole recruitment process. They defined the candidate profiles, sourced qualified talent, conducted initial interviews and assessments, and presented a shortlist of candidates that were the best fit for Vistoo's requirements. Their responsibilities also included coordinating the interview process and providing support throughout the final selection.

The outcome of the project was exceptionally successful. The cost-effective and streamlined approach from Conexo enabled Vistoo to fill the vacancies with the right candidates.
