Conceptica

Conceptica designed the UX/UI for APUS Planner, an internal project management and time-tracking tool for Riga-based digital marketing agency, SEO AGENCY APUS. Through interviews, Conceptica identified problems with the previous system and redesigned the time-logging and timesheet flow to enhance user adoption. Key deliverables included UX architecture, wireframes, and a full UI design along with a reusable design system. The company highly appreciated Conceptica's integration with their workflow and usability testing prior to final handoff.

For TONES, a research and development company, Conceptica was tasked with creating a logo, wireframes, and UI design. It was a complex brief requiring the design of a laboratory protocol execution platform with no room for UX errors. Conceptica proved its competence by delivering a design that complied well with the lab specialists' way of thinking and working.
