Communications Strategy Group (CSG®) partnered with an investment management firm based in Chicago to assist with their marketing activities. With the company undergoing a significant internal transformation, CSG® was tasked with communicating these changes to the market. The team was heavily involved in redesigning the company's website and preparing materials for an external town hall meeting. They also helped strategize and create internal sales modules. The collaboration started in May 2021 and is still ongoing. The investment firm praised CSG® for their expertise, ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, and their cultural fit with the company.

In another project, CSG® was hired by Spruceview, an investment management firm, to revamp their website. The aim was to provide more information to clients about the company and their services. Using Wix, CSG® built the website from scratch, added new copy, and incorporated designs such as photographs, videos, and other content. They also helped Spruceview revamp their PowerPoint slides to refresh their presentation decks. The website engagement started in November 2020 and concluded in July 2021, with the PowerPoint engagement set to be completed in September 2021.

CSG® was also engaged by the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences to increase their thought leadership position and drive brand awareness. CSG® was chosen for their culture fit, aligned company values, and experience in education. They provided PR services, developing a robust PR strategy and plan to increase impressions. In addition, they took on the university's social media marketing, beginning with a full assessment of their social media presence, followed by the development of a strategy and a monthly social media calendar. The collaboration started in January 2023 and has been successful, leading to the addition of social media marketing to the scope of work in April 2023.
