Communication Square LLC

Communication Square LLC was hired by a small municipal government for the implementation of a Document Management Solution. The government's goal was to transform their extensive paper and on-premise hosted digital files to a cloud-based, fully digitized location. Communication Square was selected through an RFP process due to their innovative approach of utilizing the existing Sharepoint infrastructure for document management, rather than introducing an entirely new software solution. The team from Communication Square was comprised of a project manager, a Microsoft technology consultant, and a Microsoft technology associate. By working with each department of the town, Communication Square was able to determine specific needs, such as retention time and required tags. Using this information, they configured the existing Sharepoint into a fully functional document management system that was easy to use, even for those not completely comfortable with technology.
