Commencis partnered with Applied Value, a global management consultancy, to develop a custom software system for procurement and sourcing. The software, designed to optimize the procurement of flat carbon steel, allows clients to input their needs and sends out requests for quotes to global suppliers. Based on the responses received, the system recommends optimal strategies for buyers. The project, which involved a team of 19 including frontend and backend developers, architects, QA, a CTO, and project leaders, was executed successfully. Commencis was chosen for their excellent reputation and long-standing relationships with past clients.

For a dermo-cosmetic company, Commencis was hired to redesign the UI/UX of their outdated mobile application. The application's speed, downloads, and online rating had declined, impacting customer engagement. Commencis reworked the UI/UX and improved the design without rebuilding the entire app. The project involved professionals including a project manager, a UI designer, a UX designer, a business analyst, and an Android developer. Commencis was selected for their affordable services and the project is ongoing.

Commencis also worked with DenizBank, a Turkish bank, for the UX/UI design of their mobile platform, MobilDeniz. The project was conducted in close collaboration with the Commencis team, which consisted of a project manager and three designers. The selection of Commencis for this project was based on a benchmark study and mutual dialogues. The bank expressed satisfaction with the team's devotion to the project.
