Commencis

Commencis partnered with a dermo-cosmetic company based in Lyon and Paris to improve their outdated Android and iOS application. The company, which operates in 130 countries, noticed a decline in the speed, downloads, and online rating of their app. Commencis worked on the UI/UX of the app, implementing a better interface and addressing existing issues. The project, which began in December 2018, involved around seven people from Commencis, including a project manager, a UI designer, a UX designer, a business analyst, and an Android developer. The company invested over $250,000 in the project, which is still ongoing.

In another project, Commencis was hired by DenizBank, a bank in Turkey, to work on the UX/UI design for their mobile banking platform, MobilDeniz. The project was carried out through a close collaboration between the Commencis team and the bank, with a team of four from Commencis, including a project manager, two UX designers, and a UI designer. The selection of Commencis was made through benchmark study and mutual dialogues.

Commencis also worked with the Turkish Office of the Applied Value Group, a global management consultancy, investment, and social impact group. The project involved developing the company's procurement and sourcing knowhow into a custom software. The software, which is highly complicated and requires user-friendly UX/UI, sends out RFQs to clients worldwide and recommends the optimal strategy for the buyer based on supplier responses. The project team consisted of 19 people, including frontend developers, back end developers, architects, QA, a CTO, and multiple project leaders. Commencis was chosen for their reliable, professional, and capable development skills, as well as their strong reputation worldwide.
