ColdStart was hired by the Deputy Prime Minister of Growth of DBC, a full-service creative branding agency, to streamline their sales outreach strategy through email marketing. The company was tasked with setting up an Email Service Provider (ESP) and creating content for outreach, as well as measuring the success of the outreach. ColdStart was chosen for their affordable pricing, cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The project involved one ColdStart employee and included the development and implementation of a comprehensive B2B lead generation strategy. Key deliverables included the creation of new subdomains, email account setup, email marketing platform integration, establishment of email sending infrastructure, development of multiple landing pages tied to campaign pitches, and implementation of a digital advertising campaign. ColdStart's approach ensured a scalable, efficient lead generation strategy, incorporating advanced tools and methodologies to optimize email marketing efforts.
