The founder and CEO of Borok Media found Coin Masters through an email and chose them for their budget-friendly pricing and a referral. The team from Coin Masters, consisting of 2-5 employees, was tasked with three main responsibilities. Firstly, they handled data entry and record keeping. They accurately entered financial transactions into the accounting software, which included sales, expenses, and bank transactions. The key deliverable was up-to-date and accurate financial records. Secondly, they conducted bank reconciliation to reconcile bank statements with internal records, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies. The key deliverable was monthly reconciliation reports, highlighting any discrepancies and resolutions. Lastly, they managed accounts payable and receivable. They tracked outstanding invoices, processed payments to vendors, and followed up on overdue receivables. The key deliverable was the timely payment of bills, updated accounts receivable reports, and periodic summaries of outstanding invoices.
