Cognize successfully completed a custom software development project for FCA S.A., a fiber optics solutions manufacturer. The company was hired for PIM (Akeneo) implementation with custom functionalities and consulting on digital transformation of sales. The project team consisted of 2-5 employees. The Cognize team delivered the necessary know-how and demonstrated methods of integrating various business processes with PIM systems. As a result, the client can now manage their product catalog easily and effectively, while reducing implementation costs.

In another project, Cognize worked with ADEGIS Sp. zo.o. Sp. k., an industrial electronics retailer. The company was hired to digitalize sales, increase the proportion of product sales to services, and facilitate the company's entry into worldwide marketplaces. A team of 6-10 employees worked on this project. Cognize implemented a headless architecture and a Magento 2 engine, integrated with the marketplace via Baselinker, initiated new channels for promoting services and selling spare parts, and helped the company enter foreign markets.

Cognize also partnered with an online wine retailer to optimize and redesign their e-commerce website. The company was tasked with transitioning operations from a previous agency, ensuring robust security measures, developing ad hoc features, and improving the website's user experience (UX). The team of four from Cognize revamped the product detail page and optimized category pages to improve navigation, content structure, and discoverability. The improvements led to a significant enhancement in user experience, conversion rates, and SEO performance. This engagement, which began in March 2023, is ongoing.
