Cognize conducted a technology and UX audit for the wine import company, Konrad Wina Wybrane. Cognize was hired by FCA S.A., a manufacturer and integrator of fibre optic solutions, to implement a PIM (Akeneo) with custom functionalities and consult on the digital transformation of sales. The team of 2-5 Cognize employees provided the necessary know-how and methods for various types of business process integrations with PIM systems. As a result, the client was able to manage their product catalog more efficiently and effectively, while also minimizing implementation costs.

For ADEGIS Sp. zo.o. Sp. k., an industrial electronics retailer, Cognize was tasked with digitalizing sales, increasing the proportion of product sales to services, and entering worldwide marketplaces. A team of 6-10 Cognize employees implemented a Headless architecture with a Magento 2 engine, integrated the marketplace via Baselinker, and launched new channels for promoting services and selling spare parts. As a result, the client was able to start online sales and enter foreign markets.
