Cogito Corp was tasked with running test cases for each platform release, allowing the company's internal QA testers to focus on writing tests and assisting end customers. The tests were written by the QA engineer who also provided necessary documentation and clarified any issues Cogito Corp encountered. The testing tools used included TestRain, Jira, and recently, Xray. The team from Cogito Corp initially consisted of one tester, with a second one added later on.
