Highlights from Recent Projects
Codism partnered with Tech Mahindra, an IT consulting services company, to provide technology implementation services for oil and gas companies. The project entailed the provision of Golang developers, DevOps, and QA specialists to work on custom software development projects. Codism's team, which initially consisted of three members and later expanded to eight, specialized in Golang, OpenShift, and DevOps. They assisted with the front and back end components of various website and mobile applications. The partnership, which began in June 2021, has so far seen an investment of $100,000 and is still ongoing.
In another project, Codism was hired by a territory sales manager providing end-to-end support services related to Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and Golang. The project required the augmentation of five backend Golang developers from offshore. The selection of Codism was based on their capabilities and past work. The recruitment process involved interviewing several Golang developers and shortlisting five to start on the project.
Codism was also engaged by Tau-Gen, an IT nearshore resourcing and projects company, for a website upgrade project. The scope of the project included a refresh of the corporate website with improvements to layout, graphics, content, and navigation. Codism was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing, good value for cost, and a referral. A team of 2-5 employees from Codism was assigned to this project.
