CODINITY was hired by DEMI, a fast-food restaurant based in Dubai, to stabilize their mobile application. The focus was on enhancing the app’s functionality and user experience by identifying and eliminating critical bugs. Their aim was to make the app ready for publication on the App Store. Moreover, CODINITY was also supposed to ensure that the app should run smoothly, causing no disruption to the day-to-day business operations of the restaurant.

The scope of work involved a comprehensive technical assessment of the existing mobile application. CODINITY carried out tasks such as identifying critical issues, optimizing performance, and resolving all application crashes and bugs. The project also incorporated App Store compliance updates and submission support. Quality assurance testing was performed to verify the effectiveness of the applied fixes, with a successful deployment and publication of the application on the App Store as desired outcomes.

The results of the project were commendable. The application was fully functional, thus, ensuring seamless customer engagement and efficient order management. The project was completed within the agreed timeline, leading to a production-ready application. This indeed proved that the high ratings and the alignment of CODINITY's values with DEMI's needs were well-justified, underlining the successful collaboration between the teams.
