Highlights from Recent Projects
CodiLime was hired by a tech corporation to develop a customized driver for a larger system integrator. The company required deep knowledge of networking and DPDK development, along with solid documentation and CI/CD integration. CodiLime successfully designed a DPDK driver for FPGA-enabled full-offload vRouter and integrated it with an open-source project. They also delivered driver and open-stack orchestration and supported the first field trials. The team verified the FPGA bitstream delivered by the company's partner and reported several issues to the FPGA bitstream vendor. The project was completed by a team of 13 people from CodiLime.
In a separate project, CodiLime was engaged by an IT services company based in Tokyo to augment their staff for their innovation group. The first project involved architecture, design, and development work on a proof of concept. CodiLime also provided admin level engineers who managed daily tasks such as deploying or decommissioning servers, creating virtual local area networks, setting up security within firewalls, and more. In 2016, the company took on a project to build cybersecurity services and CodiLime supplied all the necessary resources including QA testers, developers, architects, and data scientists. The partnership lasted from February 2014 to August 2020, with quarterly spending ranging from $250,000 to multi-millions of dollars.
