Codify was contracted by a marketing firm to augment their CRM development staff. The firm's goal was to empower their employees and expand their business. Codify was recommended by a friend and they provided recruitment services for the firm, focusing on Node.js, HR, and general management roles. The project was successful, with Codify supplying the firm with talented recruits and helping to expand their team.
Codify also partnered with an anonymous job searching platform for IT specialists. The platform wanted to implement a marketplace with matching capabilities for IT candidates and vacancies, similar to the Tinder model. Codify developed the website for this marketplace and also provided creative UI/UX designs. They also offered SEO optimization services free of charge. The project was completed within the set timeframe and budget, and the platform was pleased with Codify's clear and detailed project structure.
In addition, Codify worked with Jasper, a credit card issuing startup, to augment their staff. Jasper wanted a lead QA engineer who could manage their QA team and oversee the quality and test efforts for the entire company. Codify was recommended by a mutual friend and they were able to meet Jasper's requirements. They provided a series of CVs for Jasper to evaluate and facilitated a rigorous interview process. The project was successful, with Jasper hiring one team member through Codify and currently in the process of hiring more.
