Codibly

Codibly successfully completed a cloud migration project for BIOLAP Limited. The client, a data warehouse and consultancy practice, needed to migrate a client from an on-premise SQL server environment to a cloud-based Microsoft Azure environment. Codibly integrated programmatic setups and ‘run-tables’ to facilitate the entire load, transformation, and processing of the data warehouse in Azure. After several tests and adjustments to find the optimum price-performance point, Codibly handed over the new environment to the client's internal team. The project lasted from March to April 2019 and the client was pleased with the results.

In another project, Codibly provided staff augmentation services for a Virtual Power Plant software company. The client sought to enhance their North American software development team to execute their strategic roadmap. Codibly provided a Team-as-a-Service at competitive market rates, which included four software developers and one quality assurance engineer. Using an Elixir-based tech stack, Codibly developed core features on the client's strategic roadmap. The client was satisfied with Codibly's performance and industry experience in the energy/electric-utility sector.

Codibly also developed an online platform for a London-based insurance firm. The client was in a tight spot as their previous supplier failed to deliver the portal on time. Codibly stepped in and worked through the existing wireframes to deliver the portal within two weeks. The portal enabled individuals to directly purchase insurance policies online. The client spent approximately $20,000 USD on the project and was appreciative of Codibly's ability to find solutions in a short time frame. They are planning a second phase to fine-tune the portal in the future.
