Codezone

Codezone was hired by Dynamex Logistics, a transportation and supply chain company, to develop a comprehensive digital ecosystem. The project aimed to streamline cargo management operations and included a custom-built CRM system, a web portal, and a mobile application. The CRM system was designed to consolidate the management of orders, clients, shipments, and real-time tracking into one platform. The web portal provided customers with shipment booking, tracking, and payment features, while the mobile application gave drivers and clients instant access to delivery updates and communication tools. The system was integrated with SMS, email, and map APIs for seamless notifications and accurate delivery coordination. The architecture of the system was built for scalability and data security. As a result, Dynamex was able to handle increasing logistics volumes efficiently, enhance transparency, improve workflow automation, and elevate the customer experience across all channels. Codezone was chosen for this project due to its proximity, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with Dynamex's values.
