Among their primary needs were better results from local search engines and a digital platform to enhance their clinic's operational capabilities.

codeYB's engagement with Getwell Ortho led to development and launch of an official website, aimed at improving online visibility. Concurrently, they worked on strengthening the local SEO and digital marketing structure for enhanced reach among potential patients. This involvement extended to creating a digital management platform specifically designed for efficient handling of operational needs for the clinic, such as patient records and appointment scheduling, among other features. The team involved was a size of 2-5 teammates from codeYB who worked on the project between August and September 2026.

The combined investment for the engagement with codeYB was less than $10,000. The result of this collaboration was a streamlined approach towards operations and management at Getwell Ortho, which brought its services to a larger local audience and substantially improved its clinic procedures. Positive feedback implied successful delivery by the codeYB team, which was located geographically close to the clinic and had been referred to Getwell Ortho. The user-friendly platform was found to be effective in managing daily processes and patient inquiries.
