CodeWell

CodeWell was hired by one.Vip, a telecom operator in Macedonia, to develop a chatbot solution using the Macedonian language. The goal of the project was to shift customer inquiries from customer-service agents to digital channels. CodeWell was chosen due to their local presence and their previous award-winning chatbot project. The project was set up using agile methodology, with both teams defining business requirements, brainstorming designs, setting priorities, and defining the sprints. The project was successful and ran smoothly, with six people involved on a daily basis.

QFiks, an app-based marketplace for miscellaneous job postings, engaged CodeWell to build their platform. With no in-house developers, QFiks needed a firm that could help them achieve their vision. CodeWell was involved in every step of the process, from technical specifications to designing the platform's customer experience. The project, which took place from July 2016–November 2017, was successful, with CodeWell building the platform as native apps for both iOS and Android. The team was composed of 6–7 people, including the developer, two project managers, and two junior designers.

CodeWell was contracted by Compagnon De Route, a firm for personal and professional development and growth, for web, iOS, and Android development services. The aim was to automate certain business processes. CodeWell collaborated with the client to analyze their needs and potential offerings. They then developed the Android and iOS versions as a cross-platform app, integrated illustrations that accommodated the client's in-house style, and implemented ideas generated in iterative brainstorming sessions. Concurrently, CodeWell built and launched seven websites. The apps went live after testing. The team was composed of seven resources, primarily three people. The partnership started in August 2017 and is ongoing.
