CoderPlace

CoderPlace was hired by a productivity application company to assist in the development of a minimum viable product (MVP). The goal was to produce high-quality code and contribute innovative ideas for a rapidly evolving project. CoderPlace was selected for their modern design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to build without over-reliance on frameworks. The team utilized an initial architecture stack comprised of React, Node, Express, GraphQL, and MongoDB, and implemented both front and backend code. This included writing GraphQL queries and mutations, and creating sophisticated front-end logic, such as a core drag-and-drop feature. Due to the small scale of the project, the client worked directly with Ivan from CoderPlace throughout the entire engagement.

The client was pleased with CoderPlace's involvement in the problem-solving process and their contributions to the first version of the product. The client felt that CoderPlace was a natural extension of their local team, demonstrating interest, optimism, and high involvement. The client also appreciated CoderPlace's flexibility in shifting away from Apollo towards a simpler GraphQL framework and using Mob-X midway through the project. The work completed by CoderPlace was instrumental in the development of the MVP and the ongoing evolution of the productivity application.
