Codenco IT was tasked by Suma International Services Limited, the leading travel management company in Bangladesh, to develop their online travel management system. Suma aimed to enhance their B2B and B2C platforms and introduce API development. In addition, they sought to improve their branding and user interface while envisioning future developments with AI integration. Codenco IT was chosen based on their geographic proximity, budget fit, excellent value for cost, and shared company values.

A team of 6-10 employees from Codenco IT worked diligently on the project, delivering a customized software solution tailored to Suma's specific needs. This included a B2B platform featuring many different modules, from flights and visas to hotels and Hajj. Simultaneously, a B2C platform was developed with integrated modules for numerous travel services, including car rentals and holiday packages. The project also included the successful development of a mobile application for both B2B and B2C platforms on Android and iOS.

Furthermore, Codenco IT ensured seamless distribution of flight and hotel inventory via API development. They successfully implemented complete branding solutions for Suma Group and Flight24. The User Interface and User Experience were significantly improved across all digital platforms. The project also featured integration with all major Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport. Additionally, Codenco IT integrated with NDC providers like Emirates and Qatar Airways while ensuring 24/7 customer support. The success of the project has solidified Codenco IT's reputation as a reliable and result-oriented IT solutions provider.
