The vendor was chosen after extensive research for their understanding of the project and innovative ideas. The project involved several meetings to define the scope, a discovery phase, design of the platform, and development divided into sprints. The team from CodeInno consisted of ten specialists including a project manager, designers, software developers, and QA personnel. Throughout the project, the team provided business-driven ideas that significantly improved the features of the platform.
