Highlights from Recent Projects
Codeex partnered with a software solutions company to assist with the development of a CRM and digital construction management platform. The goal was to simplify the product for easier management as the company expanded into various markets. Codeex became involved during the idea phase, helping to finalize the requirements and then proceeding with the development phase using JavaScript and React. The project, which involved a team of about ten members including engineers, designers, and project managers, took almost two years to complete. The company invested over $300,000 in this partnership, which began in January 2021. Currently, the platform is finished, but work on the front and landing pages is still underway.
For a Web3 cybersecurity company, Codeex was hired to develop a tool that checks smart contracts for fraud, errors, or issues. This tool is part of a Web3 security and audit-making automated platform which serves both educational and security purposes. Codeex assisted in developing a browser extension for auditing smart contracts. The technology stack used included Node.js for the backend, AWS for database management and hosting, and React.js for the overall UI. Initially, a team of four engineers from Codeex was assigned, but this was later expanded to include designers. The company invested between $120,000 and $160,000 in this project, which began in August 2022 and is expected to conclude in a few months.
Codeex collaborated with a software development company to build a metaverse project on the BNB Smart Chain (BSC). The project involved creating a virtual mining farm where users could purchase parcels and have a virtual miner attached to a parcel. Technologies used included Solidity for smart contract language, BSC, Hardhat, Node.js for the backend of the metaverse, Vue.js for the frontend, PostgreSQL for the database, and CANVAS in 3D Secure for the VR part. The final version will use Unity as a programming language. The team from Codeex consisted of around 15 people, including the CTO, CEO, CIO, developers, and blockchain experts. The company invested around $185,000 in this ongoing project, which began in March 2022.
