CodeCoda Ltd. completed a project for YOU INTL Ltd., a company that creates backends for accommodation businesses. The project involved reworking large parts of the API to help balance the load of the client's API, which had to handle hundreds of thousands of concurrent requests. CodeCoda's team of 12-13 people, including two project managers, worked on the backend platform used by hotel owners, including its API implementation, cloud infrastructure, and the whole DevOps part. The client invested approximately $200,000 in the project, which began in January 2016. The engagement is ongoing, with plans to start a new project in the autumn.

In another project, CodeCoda Ltd. developed a self-service platform for MoreThanDigital, an international platform that helps companies with economic development and education solutions. The project aimed to measure the full extent of a company, from financials to qualitative elements, for a comprehensive 360° assessment. CodeCoda was chosen for their expertise and their understanding of the complex problem the client wanted to tackle. The project employed an agile methodology for fast iterations, with a team from CodeCoda that included UX/UI specialists, project managers, and several front-end and back-end engineers. The client praised CodeCoda's responsiveness and the pace of the project, which led to a great result.
