CodeCoda Ltd. was hired by YOU INTL Ltd., a company that creates backends for accommodation businesses, to help balance the load of their API. The project involved reworking large parts of the API, working on the backend platform used by hotel owners, its API implementation, cloud infrastructure, and the whole DevOps part. The team was comprised of 12-13 people from CodeCoda, including two project managers. The total investment for this project was about $200,000. The engagement started in January 2016, and CodeCoda provided ongoing maintenance. The client was satisfied with CodeCoda's services and plans to start a new project with them.

The project was unique and complex, requiring a new approach as there were no existing market comparisons. CodeCoda stood out due to their expertise and understanding of the project's challenges.
